Install NOB

Ten minutes on a regular cPanel hosting. The installer checks requirements and guides you.

Requirements

• PHP 8.1 or newer with pdo_mysql, mbstring, curl, openssl, gd, zip, intl and dom
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+
• exec() or proc_open() (usual on cPanel)
• Ghostscript (gs) to generate and read PDF
• Cron (two tasks: every 5 minutes and at 02:00)
• Optional: Ollama on your network, or a Google AI Studio key

Steps

1. Download the package from the purchase e-mail or your license portal
2. Upload the nob/ folder OUTSIDE the web root (next to public_html) and the contents of public_html/ to your domain root
3. Create an empty MySQL database in cPanel
4. Open your domain: the installer checks the server, connects the database, creates your user and activates the license
5. Add the two cron tasks it shows
6. Answer the onboarding: NOB generates your obligations calendar

Updates

NOB checks every night for a new version. If your license has valid updates, it downloads the signed package, backs up, migrates the database and checks that everything works; if anything fails it rolls back on its own.
