What do I need to install NOB?
Hosting with PHP 8.1 or newer, MySQL or MariaDB and cron access. Any regular cPanel works. Ghostscript for PDFs (present almost everywhere). The installer checks everything for you.
Do I need to know accounting?
No. Up front there is human language: "what is this?", "you have 3 important things", "generate". Behind, NOB keeps double-entry books or KPiR and prepares the filings. You can always see the explanation and the rules applied.
Does it replace an accountant?
NOB does the mechanical work and warns you about deadlines, risks and opportunities. Decisions with relevant tax effect are worth confirming with a professional; NOB tells you when.
Do my data pass through your servers?
No. NOB installs on your hosting. We only receive your license key, domain and version to validate the license and offer updates.
Which AI does it use and what does it cost?
Yours: an Ollama on your server (free) or your own Google AI Studio key (free up to certain limits; then cents). We also offer "Managed Savia" if you do not want to configure anything.
Does it issue KSeF invoices?
Yes, it generates the FA(3) XML and the PDF of each invoice and posts them. Automatic submission to the KSeF API requires your company certificate and is enabled when you have it.
Which languages?
Polish, Spanish, English, Ukrainian, German and Russian. The official Polish term always appears next to the translation so you recognise the forms.
What if I do not renew updates?
Nothing bad: NOB keeps working forever. You only stop receiving new versions until you renew (60 % of the price).
Can I change domain?
Yes. Release the domain from your license portal or from NOB itself and activate the key on the new one.
Is it suitable for sole traders (JDG)?
Yes: KPiR or lump sum, ZUS, PIT advances, exempt or active VAT. And for sp. z o.o. with full books and CIT.
Is there a guarantee or refund?
Yes: a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Write to biuro@nob.holapolska.pl with your key and we refund the full amount via Stripe; the license is revoked and your installation becomes read-only with data export. You can also use the demo before buying.
Which version is it and what does it cover?
The current version is 0.9, the first public one. It is complete and stable for the declared scope (services and small trade without employees); it may have rough edges that we fix in updates, included in your license for 12 months. The launch price does not change for licenses already bought.
