NOB End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Grant
HOLAPOLSKA sp. z o.o. ("Licensor") grants the buyer ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use NOB on the number of domains of the purchased plan (one by default), for the Licensee's own business and the entities it manages within that installation.
2. Restrictions
You may not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or its code; remove the license mechanism; share the key with third parties; or offer NOB as SaaS to multiple independent customers without the "Agency" license. You may modify the code for your own use; modifications may hinder updates and are not covered by support.
3. Activation and verification
The key is activated for a domain. Once a day the software contacts the license server sending only the key, domain, an installation fingerprint and the version. Without contact for 30 days the software switches to read-only mode with data export. NOB never deletes or locks the Licensee's data.
4. Updates and support
As per the terms of sale: 12 months of updates (renewable) and 30 days of e-mail support on usage.
5. Ownership
The software, its code, documentation, the name "NOB" and the logo remain the Licensor's property. Data entered by the Licensee is exclusively the Licensee's.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is". It is not tax, accounting or legal advice; the tax rules it contains are supportive and must be verified by the Licensee or their adviser. The Licensor is not liable for tax decisions, filings, penalties or lost profits. Liability is limited to the price paid, except for wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow limitation.
7. Termination
The Licensor may revoke the license upon material breach (e.g. redistribution). After termination the Licensee keeps read-only and export access to their data.
8. Law
Polish law; courts of the Licensor's seat, without prejudice to consumer rights.
