Absolute privacy
Your data, your server
Database, documents, bank statements and invoices live in your hosting account. We have no access.
Local AI with Ollama
Connect an Ollama with gemma4 and bge-m3 on your network and all intelligence (invoice reading, Savia, auditor) happens in your infrastructure.
Google, only if you want
If you have no Ollama, you enter your own Google AI Studio key. NOB shows on screen which provider is active and warns you that in that case text goes to Google.
The only thing that reaches us
Your license key, domain and version, once a day, to validate the license and offer updates. Nothing else.
Security inside the program
Argon2id passwords, TOTP two-factor, CSRF, CSP/HSTS headers, data outside the web folder, authenticated downloads, audit log and AI prompt-injection defence.
Backups
Every night NOB makes a full backup (database and documents) on your server and keeps 30 days.
