Terms of sale of the NOB software
1. Seller
HOLAPOLSKA sp. z o.o., ul. Kielecka 1/2, 31-526 Kraków, Poland. Tax ID (NIP) 6751831638, company register KRS 0001259508. E-mail: biuro@nob.holapolska.pl.
2. Subject
Sale through nob.holapolska.pl of licenses for the software "NOB — Naturalna Organizacja Biznesu", update renewals, support, installation service and "Managed Savia". NOB is digital content delivered as a package to be installed on the buyer's own server.
3. Order and payment
Orders are placed via the "Buy" form after accepting these terms, the license and the privacy policy. Payments are processed by Stripe (card; BLIK and Przelewy24 in PLN). Prices in PLN, EUR or USD are net. The seller is VAT-exempt under art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act; EU businesses with a valid VAT number and buyers outside the EU are not charged Polish VAT. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
After payment confirmation the buyer receives by e-mail the license key, the download link, the link to a private license portal and the invoice, usually within minutes.
5. License, updates and support
Perpetual license for the number of domains of the plan. Includes 12 months of updates and 30 days of e-mail support on using the software (installation, configuration, operation). Support does not include tax or accounting advice or doing the buyer's bookkeeping. Renewing updates for 12 months costs 60 % of the then-current license price. Without renewal NOB keeps working in the installed version.
6. Technical requirements
PHP 8.1+ (pdo_mysql, mbstring, curl, openssl, gd, zip, intl, dom), MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+, cron, exec() or proc_open(), Ghostscript for PDF. The buyer is responsible for meeting them and can check them beforehand with the free demo and the installer.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days unless they started downloading the digital content with their express consent after being informed that they lose the right (art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Consent is given by ticking the box at checkout; upon downloading the package or activating the key the right of withdrawal lapses.
7a. Money-back guarantee
In addition to statutory rights, the seller offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of buying the license the buyer may request a full refund without giving a reason by writing to biuro@nob.holapolska.pl with the license key. The refund is made through the same payment channel (Stripe) within 14 days. Upon refund the license is revoked and the installed software switches to read-only mode with data export. The guarantee applies once per buyer and does not cover renewals, extended support or services already delivered.
8. Complaints and liability
Complaints to biuro@nob.holapolska.pl; answer within 14 days. NOB helps with bookkeeping and compliance but is not tax or accounting advice; the content of filings and tax decisions remain the buyer's responsibility. Towards businesses the seller's liability is limited to the price paid, except for wilful misconduct. The current version (0.9) may contain defects, fixed in updates.
9. Personal data
See the privacy policy. The software installed on your server only sends the seller your license key, domain and version.
10. Final provisions
Polish law applies. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The seller may amend these terms; each order is governed by the version in force on its date.
