What support includes
For 30 days from purchase (or 12 months with extended support) we answer usage questions about NOB by e-mail: installation, configuration, where things are. We do not solve specific accounting or tax cases nor configure your bookkeeping for you: that is what the installation and set-up service, or your adviser, is for.
Net prices. HOLAPOLSKA sp. z o.o. is VAT-exempt (art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act): no VAT is added for clients in Poland and outside the EU. EU businesses with a valid VAT number: no Polish VAT (the buyer settles VAT). EU consumers: no VAT up to the legal threshold.
