1. Controller

2. What data and why
- Demo: name, e-mail, phone, optional company, IP and language, to create your demo account and contact you about NOB (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The sample company is deleted after 7 days; contact data is kept up to 24 months or until you object.
- Purchase: billing and contact data, country, VAT number; payment data is processed by Stripe. Purpose: performing the contract and tax obligations (6(1)(b) and (c)). Retention: 5 tax years.
- License: key, domain, installation fingerprint, version and server IP, to verify the license and serve updates (6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Website: anonymous visit counters (day, page, language) without tracking cookies. The only cookies are the language choice and the session after login.
3. Accounting data of NOB users
NOB runs on the buyer's server. The controller does NOT have access to accounting data, documents or bank data processed in the installed software and is neither controller nor processor of them. If the buyer uses Google AI Studio, data is sent to Google under the buyer's own agreement with Google.
4. Recipients
Stripe (payments), hosting provider (Poland/EU), e-mail provider, the controller's accountants, tax authorities. We do not sell data.
5. Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to the Polish authority (PUODO) or your local authority. Requests: biuro@nob.holapolska.pl.
6. Security
TLS encryption, Argon2id passwords, two-factor authentication for administrators, backups and audit log.
