"Savia is resting" / AI not available #

Ollama does not respond and no Google key is set. Check the Ollama URL in Settings (is it reachable from your hosting, not only from your computer?), or add a Google AI Studio key and press Test AI. Everything deterministic keeps working; AI jobs wait in the queue and run when an engine is back.

Google answers "quota exceeded" (429) #

The free tier of Google AI Studio has daily and per-minute limits, especially for embeddings. NOB retries with pauses and continues the next night; enabling billing in Google (a few cents a month for typical use) removes the limits.

Documents stay in "processing" #

The queue is not running. Check that the two cron tasks exist and point to the right path, or press Process queue in Settings. Look at nob_data/logs/cron.log.

No PDF is generated, or PDFs cannot be read #

Ghostscript (gs) is missing on the server, or both exec() and proc_open() are disabled. Ask your host to enable one of them (proc_open is enough) and to provide Ghostscript.

E-mails arrive in spam or not at all #

Set SPF and DKIM for your domain in your hosting panel (cPanel → Email Deliverability) and make sure the company e-mail in My company → Registry data belongs to your domain.

"Read-only mode" #

The license could not be confirmed for more than 30 days, the key was not entered within 14 days of installation, or the key was revoked. Open Engine room → License, check the key and press Revalidate. Your data is intact and exportable at all times.

The update failed #

NOB restores the previous version automatically and shows the log. Common causes: the parent folder of nob/ is not writable, or ZipArchive is missing. Download the package from your portal and replace the nob/ folder by FTP, keeping nob_data/ untouched.

A bank transaction was matched to the wrong invoice #

Open the transaction in Engine room → Bank, press Reset, then link it manually or answer "what is this?" again.

An approved document was wrong #

Open it and press Reopen: the posting is reversed with a red storno entry; correct the proposal and approve again.

The public quote page shows "not available" #

The quote is a draft, was declined, or has expired. Change its status on the quote page and send the link again.

Where are the logs? #

nob_data/logs/php.log (PHP errors), app.log (application events), cron.log (scheduled tasks), i18n_missing.log (untranslated strings). Turn on debug mode only while investigating.
