Support #
Your license includes 30 days of e-mail support for usage questions: installation, configuration, where things are, how a screen works. Write to biuro@nob.holapolska.pl with your license key. Extended support (12 months) and an installation service are available from your portal. Support does not include doing your bookkeeping or giving tax advice.

Frequently asked #
Do I need an accountant? NOB does the mechanical work and warns you about deadlines, risks and opportunities. For decisions with relevant tax effect it tells you to confirm with a professional.
Can several people use it? Yes: administrators, users and read-only users, each with their own language and two-factor code. One installation can hold several companies (agency license).
Does it send invoices to KSeF? It produces the FA(3) XML and PDF and books them. Direct submission requires your company certificate and is enabled when you have it; meanwhile upload the XML in the Ministry's application.
Can I use it from my phone? Yes; the layout adapts and the POS is designed for a tablet.
What if I stop paying for updates? Nothing stops. You keep the version you have, forever.
Can I modify the code? For your own use, yes. Modified installations are reported as such, lose support and may not update cleanly.
Is my data used to train anything? No. With Ollama nothing leaves your server; with Google AI Studio your data is processed under Google's API terms and is not used by NOB for anything.
Reporting a problem #
Include: your version (Engine room → License), what you did, what you expected, what happened, and the relevant lines of nob_data/logs/php.log or app.log. Never send passwords or API keys.
