Settings: AI, integrations, payments, backups, users

Engine room → Settings (administrators only for saving).

Health #

The self-check runs nightly and on demand: database, Ollama, AI provider, disk space, job queue, backups, legal corpus, RAG memory, NBP rates, cron. Anything not green is explained in one line.

Artificial intelligence (Savia) #

  • Provider: Automatic (Ollama first, Google as fallback), Ollama only, Google only, or no AI.
  • Ollama: URL, model (gemma4:e4b), embeddings model (bge-m3).
  • Google AI Studio: your API key (stored in config.php, outside the web root), model (auto or a specific one from the list your key can use), embeddings model. Test AI verifies everything and queues the vectorisation of the legal corpus for the active embeddings model.
  • Usage table: calls, success rate, latency and tokens per model and operation for the last 30 days.
  • Vectorise RAG: recompute the legal corpus vectors for the active embeddings model (done automatically at night).
Warning With Google AI Studio the text of your documents and questions leaves your server. With Ollama it does not. NOB tells you on screen which one is active.

Integrations #

  • GUS REGON API key: production key from api.stat.gov.pl to fill company data from the register; without it the test environment is used.
  • KSeF: environment (test / production) and your token, for future direct submission of invoices.
  • Stripe: secret key, webhook signing secret. Webhook URL https://your-domain/stripe/webhook, event checkout.session.completed. Enable BLIK and Przelewy24 in Stripe for PLN.
  • Fiscal cash register: none, external (you type receipt numbers), or adapter (integration with an online register; the interface is ready for a provider).

Backups #

Nightly full backup (database dump plus documents, configuration and legal texts) kept for 30 days in nob_data/backups/, permissions 0600. Backup now creates one immediately; the list lets administrators download them. To restore: import the SQL dump into the database and copy docs/ back.

Jobs queue #

The last 25 background jobs with state; Retry failed re-queues them; Process queue runs the worker now if your host allows it.

The 12 acts with their last download, state and article count. Refresh laws re-downloads them now (normally weekly).

Cron #

Shows the installed cron lines or offers to install them when the host allows it.

Debug mode #

Shows error traces on screen. Keep it off in production; errors always go to nob_data/logs/php.log.
